How it works
From our first chat to getting your website up and running, I’ll keep things clear every step of the way.

We’ll have a relaxed, no-pressure chat about your practice, your goals and what you need from your website. Ask as many questions as you like.

Once you’re ready to begin, we’ll dive deeper into your practice, your patients and your goals. I’ll ask you to complete a little prep beforehand so we can make the most of our time together.

I’ll map out your website structure, patient journey and page layouts.

If you have chosen copywriting, I’ll research your services, competitors and keywords before writing clear, patient-friendly copy.

I’ll design your website around your practice, your personality and your practice. You’ll receive the initial concepts within around a week, followed by two rounds of revisions.

Once we’ve perfected the design, I’ll start to build. This part should take a couple of weeks, but I’ll keep you updated along the way.

When your shiny new website is built, we’ll review it again and test everything to make sure it works smoothly.

When you’re ready, I’ll put it live so it’s ready to get to work supporting and showcasing your practice without delay!

It’s always good to put a face to a name – so here’s some of mine…
I know how busy private healthcare can be, especially if you are still working in the NHS so I do everything I can to make the process easy, clear and smooth.
Many moons ago, I worked in a private hospital, giving me first hand experience of how private practices work behind the scenes.
Then, in 2020 I began designing and building websites specialising in private healthcare. I’ve purposely set up my own businesses to support practices, so I can work around family life and my dream of being able to keep my house plants alive.
